Under the 5th anniversary of the Arquetopia Foundation and supported by the National Council for Culture and the Arts of Puebla (CECAP) are you held the inauguration of photo exhibition «Trouble» and «Eclats / Chips» shaped 35 works of French artist Etienne Yveline; These samples will be open from Thursday 12 February at 19:00 in the Photo Library Juan Crisostomo Mendez (7 Eastern 15, Downtown).

Etienne yveline define «Trouble» like looking perceived contrasts and hesitating while questions: what you should see and what hints? Through its interpretation Etienne question the viewer on their own blindness through the optical distortion confronting the political arena with the social.

In regard to «Eclats / Chips» is a sample of artistic journey that the artist has performed in the past five years. His gaze captures moments ironic contrasts and at the same time recognizing the different realities which coincide in space. Etienne seduces through color and composition inviting the viewer to peer into a small window through which confronts him about the ethical responsibility.

Significantly, Arquetopia has established itself as a space for encounter and confrontation assuming since its inception critical work on two not only different but shocking areas, social transformation processes and contemporary art. Open its doors to the outside look and compare it with several complex realities of Mexico, has been the biggest challenge to renegotiate artistic production.

The photographic exhibition «Trouble» and «Eclats / chips» can be visited until April 12 in the Photo Library Juan Crisostomo Mendez (7 Eastern 15, Downtown). Visiting hours are Tuesday through Sunday from 10:00 to 17:00 hrs. Admission is free.
