It’s amazing the discrediting of parties
POLITICAL PARTIES AND THE SAME POLITICAL, in Mexico have reached a high degree of prestige, we had never seen.
The parties are designated as no real life organizations: lack of structure, organization, clear ideology, and even members and enough paintings to propose candidates for elected office, who are worthy to represent citizens in Congress and local conferences.
Politicians they are designated as people without job, ignorant of our history, no political ideology, opportunists seeking only power and money.
People in general, young people in particular, see no case vote next June 7.
For what? They wonder, «If all the problems we are experiencing in Mexico, are due to them precisely and citizens all for not requiring them to comply with their obligations, as well enough to earn it.»
Some estimate that the abstention rate will exceed 60 percent and there are those who say they easily reach 70.
If that were true, the next federal congress and local authorities in some states would be elected, would be illegitimate, because only represent the will of a minority.
CAMPAIGN FOR NO VOTE, THAT parts of the country is observed, nothing good. If we refrain from voting, would leave your hands free to seek precisely the weakening of national institutions to abuse power for their benefit.
Voting is a civic tool to bring to power the best. Within the full range of characters without political convictions, without social sensitivity without knowledge of our historical development, there are some who are saved and they intend to do something good if elected to the post to which they aspire.
«Democracy is not the best system of government, Churchill said, but the best we have.» So far it has not found something that exceeds the democratic system. It is difficult and strength, honesty and perseverance required to achieve an acceptable level of democratic governments.
Mexicans have been through worse times and have overcome. This is the worst that we have had since the Mexican Revolution, a hundred years ago. Do not lose hope, we can improve our situation economically, politically and socially and achieve an acceptable democratic government. Of course, we need to form well organized and well structured, but especially with militants capable, honest and patriotic political parties. Nothing is impossible.
