Guanajuato, Gto.- El Gobernador Rafael Moreno Valle acompañó a Miguel Márquez Márquez en su toma de protesta como Gobernador Constitucional del Estado de Guanajuato.
Previo al evento dialogó con el nuevo Mandatario estatal y el representante del Presidente de la República, el Secretario de Gobernación, Alejandro Poiré.
En el acto realizado en el Congreso del Estado se dieron cita el representante del Presidente electo, Miguel Ángel Osorio Chong; el líder del Partido Acción Nacional, Gustavo Madero y los Gobernadores de Sonora, Guillermo Padrés; Morelos, Marco Adame Castillo; Jalisco, Emilio González Márquez; Sinaloa, Mario López Valdez; Chihuahua, César Duarte y el exgobernador de Guanajuato Héctor López Santillana.
