Como parte del Operativo de Semana Santa para Seguridad Integral del Turismo 2013, la Dirección General de Autotransporte Federal (DGAF) de la Secretaría de Comunicaciones y Transportes (SCT), informó que con base en la reglamentación vigente, las grúas industriales y los equipos especiales para el transporte de maquinaria u objetos indivisibles de gran peso y/o volumen deberán suspender totalmente su tránsito por caminos y puentes de jurisdicción federal del día 22 al 25 y del 28 al 31 de marzo, así como de los días 1 al 7 de abril próximo.
La DGAF aclara que las unidades mencionadas que cuenten con el permiso especial de la SCT, sólo podrán transitar, durante el periodo de Semana Santa, los días 26 y 27 de marzo de 2013 y del 2 al 6 de abril de 2013, de las 7:00 a las 18:00 horas.
Destaca la DGAF que los horarios de operación para el autotransporte federal, transporte privado de carga especializada de objetos indivisibles de gran peso y/o volumen y grúas industriales, se aplicarán en el lapso comprendido de las 00:00 horas del 22 de marzo de 2013, a las 23:59 horas del 8 de abril de 2013, de conformidad con el numeral 8.1.2 de la NOM-040-SCT-2-1995 vigente.
