La Procuraduría General de Justicia (PGJ) informa que la Fiscalía General Metropolitana, por medio de la Dirección de agencias del ministerio público metropolitana sur, integra la averiguación previa 651/2013/SEXTA en contra de Emmanuel Alberto Pérez Cuevas, quien enfrenta cargos por robo a casa habitación en esta ciudad de Puebla.
De acuerdo con la denuncia presentada, el día 27 de marzo el hoy detenido se encontraba en el domicilio de su novia cuando fue sorprendido por un familiar guardando en su chamarra un reloj de oro de 18 kilates. Al verse descubierto éste salió corriendo del inmueble.
Minutos después, con el apoyo de la policía se logró el aseguramiento de dicho sujeto a quien se le encontró entre sus pertenecías el reloj que había sustraído.
Pérez Cuevas se encuentra a disposición del Ministerio Público, autoridad que en las próximas horas resolverá su situación jurídica con respecto al referido robo.
