Collect samples of cultural production of the peoples inhabiting the world’s largest basin of the Amazon River. It consists of many ornaments made of feathers of birds that abound in the jungle, like toucans and parrots; farming and hunting tools, ornaments and amulets.
In the jungle and the Amazon Basin has been inhabited by humans from about 15,000 years ago, and covers territories of nine countries: Brazil, Peru, Ecuador, Bolivia, Colombia, Venezuela, Guyana, Suriname and French Guiana.
