«The existence of Mexico truncated in 1961 in Culture, after 13 years and 665 numbers, had much to do with the political affinity in an international context in which the disapproving look of Washington and youth eyes met, newcomers, Latin America, «wrote the author of Tijuanenses.

«Mexico en la Cultura focused on intellectual figure of Fernando Benítez, scout (as they say in baseball), a search engine and talent scout, who always included in the concept of culture and social historical task, the power relations , politics, art and scientific knowledge as the greatest and most sublime realization of human beings, «concluded Federico Campbell.
