The Attorney General’s Office through the Criminal Investigation Agency (CIA) and the Deputy Regional Control, Criminal Proceedings and Amparo (SCRPPA), through its delegation to the Federal District, conducted simultaneous raids in Mexico City in which drugs, guns, rounds of ammunition and cash, and the arrest of five suspected drug dealers were secured, in compliance with search warrants, issued by the Judges Sixth and Federal Fourth Criminal Specialized searches, rootedness and Intervention Communications.
In a first action, researchers at the AIC, under the coordination and supervision of the prosecutor of the Federation, were formed in the address located on the street Abraham Sánchez unnumbered colony San Pedro Extension Xalpa, Azcapotzalco, where two men and a woman, who were found in possession of 496 black colored paper wrappers and plastic bag containing cocaine were arrested; and a plastic bag containing marijuana; grameras two scales and the amount of 13 thousand 849 pesos.
The second raid was carried out in the home located on the street Catarino Benavides, corner of Francisco I. Madero, San Pedro Xalpa colony expansion, Azcapotzalco delegation; place where the assurance of 200 wrappers containing cocaine was performed, 34 cartridges with the eagle legend .380, and cash in bills of various denominations, for a total of 19,000 pesos.
Those arrested, drugs, cash and other insured objects were available to prosecutors Federation assigned to the Sub Zona Centro (shrimps), who after performing the steps of law, determined the exercise of prosecution for alleged responsibility for crimes against health in their mode of possession for the purpose of trade, being held at the CEFERESO NO. 4, Tepic, Nayarit, available to the appropriate judicial authority, which shall determine the legal status of detainees.
