El Secretario General del Comité Estatal de la Confederación Nacional de Organizaciones Populares en Hidalgo, Doctor José Ramón Vicente Diez, hizo la entrega de Nombramientos al Delegado del Distrito XI con Cabecera en Apan Hidalgo al Dr. José Luis Navarrete González, así como a los Delegados con Funciones de Secretarios de los Municipios de Apan, Almoloya, Emiliano Zapata, Tepeapulco y Tlanalapa, como también les entregó sus nombramientos correspondientes a los Dirigentes de Movimientos de la Red Juventud Popular, Profesionales y Técnicos, CNOP mx, Mujeres Cenopistas, Deporte, Pequeños Propietarios, Vinculación Ciudadana y Personas con Discapacidad.
El Secretario General de la CNOP de Hidalgo, agradeció la presencia de la Lic. Carolina Ruiz Diputada local suplente del Distrito XI de Apan Hidalgo y del Presidente comité Municipal del PRI en Tepeapulco, Lic. José Augusto Jasso Aboytes e indicó que con esta entrega se da cumplimiento a los estatutos de esta organización, para lo cual se incluyó a hombres, mujeres y jóvenes que representan a diferentes sectores de la población, gente leal y comprometida con el partido, con el sector y la sociedad, voluntarios que sin recibir ninguna clase de remuneración trabajan por la organización política, con el solo afán de lograr un mejor futuro para la sociedad hizo un reconocimiento a los hombres y mujeres cenopistas que han aportado y dejado un legado en la historia de la CNOP, pues hay ex regidores, ex presidentes municipales y ex dirigentes de la CNOP que siguen respaldando y fortaleciendo a la institución.
Al hacer uso de la voz el Secretario de Organización de la CNOP en Hidalgo Lic. Jesús Gutiérrez González, y dar a conocer la exposición de motivos donde refirió que la fortaleza del PRI se refleja en los hombres y las mujeres que lo militan, pues la fuerza de todas las instituciones, es su gente, por ello externó un reconocimiento a la CNOP y todos los Movimientos de cada uno de los Municipios de ese Distrito, por el equipo que integraron en sus filas, pues se requiere de todo el respaldo a una institución, “porque es ahí cuando se demuestra la mano amiga y donde se valora el respaldo de gente del campo, de obreros, comerciantes, mujeres, jóvenes y cada uno de los que habitan en este Estado”.
La Lic. Carolina Ruiz Diputada local suplente del Distrito XI de Apan Hidalgo Felicitó y agradeció a todos por su participación y respaldo para con el sector y el PRI en general e indicó que la CNOP en Hidalgo, con este ejército, están listos y entusiastas para llevar al triunfo, en la próxima contienda electoral, a los candidatos del PRI. Reconoció el trabajo realizado por el doctor José Ramón al frente del sector popular, que en menos de un año junto con su equipo de trabajo, a ponderado su experiencia y capacidad para la nueva encomienda que le fue conferida en el comité estatal del sector, pues sabe del trabajo y el esfuerzo que es organizar y vincular los movimientos y organizaciones adherentes que tiene la CNOP.
The Secretary General of the State Committee of the National Confederation of Popular Organizations in Hidalgo, Doctor José Ramón Vicente Diez, took delivery of Nomination Delegate District XI Header Apan Hidalgo Dr. José Luis González Navarrete and Delegates with functions of Secretaries of Municipalities of Apan, Almoloya, Emiliano Zapata, Tepeapulco and Tlanalapa, as he handed them their respective appointments to the leaders of Movements of the Red Youth People, Professionals and Technicians CNOP mx, Women Cenopistas, Sport, Small owners, Liaison, and Persons with Disabilities.
The Secretary General of the CNOP of Hidalgo, appreciated the presence of Lic. Carolina Ruiz Local Deputy deputy District XI of Apan Hidalgo and President Municipal Committee of the PRI in Tepeapulco, Lic. José Augusto Jasso Aboytes and indicated that this delivery complies with the statutes of the organization, for which it is included men, women and youth representing different sectors of the population, loyal and committed people with the party, with the industry and society volunteers without receiving any kind remuneration working for political organization, with the sole desire to achieve a better future for society he acknowledged cenopistas men and women who have contributed and left a legacy in the history of the CNOP, as there are former aldermen, former presidents municipal and former leaders of the CNOP to continue supporting and strengthening the institution.
By using voice Secretary of Organization CNOP in Hidalgo Lic. Jesús Gutiérrez González, and publicize the preamble where he said that the strength of the PRI is reflected in the men and women who are active, as the force all institutions, is its people, so he voiced recognition of the CNOP and all the movements of each of the municipalities of the City by the team that joined their ranks, as it requires full support to a institution, «because that’s when the helping hand is demonstrated and where the support of rural people, workers, traders, women, youth and each of the inhabitants of this State is valued.»
The Lic. Carolina Ruiz Local Deputy District XI alternate Apan Hidalgo congratulated and thanked everyone for their participation and support for the sector and the PRI in general and indicated that the CNOP in Hidalgo, with this army, are ready and enthusiastic to lead to victory at the next election, the candidates of the PRI. He acknowledged the work done by Dr. José Ramón leading the popular sector, which in less than a year with his team, a weighted his experience and ability for the new assignment was conferred him the state committee of the sector, as know the work and effort that is organizing and linking movements and member organizations that have the CNOP.
