Martha Erika Alonso de Moreno Valle, presidenta del patronato del SEDIF y el secretario General de Gobierno, Luis Maldonado Venegas, en representación del Gobernador Rafael Moreno Valle, encabezaron la ceremonia en la que contrajeron matrimonio 600 parejas provenientes de 20 municipios poblanos.
Estas acciones, promovidas por el SEDIF, el Voluntariado de la Secretaría General de Gobierno (SGG) y la Dirección General de Registro Civil, brindan certeza jurídica a las familias que recién se formarán a partir de esta unión o a las que no habían regularizado su situación legal por falta de recursos.
En este acto también se hizo entrega de la Unidad Móvil del Registro Civil, que ofrecerá estos servicios en lugares de difícil acceso.
La presidenta del Patronato del Sistema Estatal DIF, Martha Erika Alonso de Moreno Valle destacó que la unión de las parejas marca una diferencia muy notable no solo para los contrayentes, sino para toda la sociedad, ya que con la firma de estas actas ratificaron el compromiso que tienen por preservar la unidad básica de la sociedad, que es la familia.
Asimismo, agradeció la entrega de la Unidad Móvil del Registro Civil por parte de la Secretaría General de Gobierno, una vez que con ella se garantiza el derecho a la identidad de las niñas y niños a lo largo del Estado, así como de los que se encuentran en las diferentes casas de asistencia.
La Vocal Titular del Voluntariado de la SGG, Laura Kuri de Maldonado, agradeció a Martha Erika Alonso de Moreno Valle por impulsar este tipo de acciones que otorgan seguridad jurídica a las familias.
Laura Kuri felicitó a las parejas que hoy decidieron formalizar su unión a través del matrimonio, “nos llena de gran júbilo poder formentar el gran valor de la familia”.
En la ceremonia, Luis Maldonado Venegas reivindicó el valor del matrimonio como una relación de respeto, de apoyo y superación mutua, felicitando a los contrayentes y deseándoles éxito. Señaló que ahora el matrimonio no se trata de la supremacía del uno al otro, “hoy hay igualdad de derechos”.
Agradeció la presencia de la Martha Erika Alonso de Moreno Valle como signo de mayor representación del gobernador Rafael Moreno Valle, quien a parte de dar testimonio del acto fungió como madrina de los contrayentes.
“Este es un evento sin precedentes en nuestro Estado”, señaló el titular de la SGG y añadió que el matrimonio requiere de comunicación y respeto mutuo.
Maldonado Venegas expresó a los contrayentes que “ustedes quieren formar una unión de vida, que es una asociación para confrontar todos los retos y los desafíos de manera conjunta”.
El matrimonio, dijo, “genera deberes, derechos y obligaciones especiales entre los cónyuges; además, otras prerrogativas para que sus hijos puedan ser sujetos de protección jurídica, en su sentido más amplio, y disfrutar de la protección y cuidado de sus padres”.
Las parejas participantes en este matrimonio colectivo provienen de los municipios de Atlixco, Azumiatla, Chietla, Chignahuapan, Huaquechula, Huehuetla, Huejotzingo, Ixtacamaxtitlán, Izúcar de Matamoros, Puebla, San Martín Texmelucan, San Pedro Cholula, Tehuacán, Tlatlauquitepec, Tepexi de Rodríguez, Teziutlán, Tianguismanalco, Xicotepec, Xoxtla y Zacatlán.
