Bogotá, Colombia.- President of National Council for Culture and Arts (Conaculta), Rafael Tovar y de Teresa, and the Minister of Culture of Colombia, Mariana Garcés Córdoba, held this weekend a meeting in order to strengthen relations and cultural cooperation between the two nations.
The owner of Conaculta Tovar y de Teresa recalled recently during the XXIV Summit of Heads of State and Government authorities Culture of Latin America agreed to develop common Cultural Digital Agenda, in which cultural institutions the region to exchange experiences.
