Personal con uniforme de la Dirección de Apoyo y Seguridad Universitaria (DASU) de la Benemérita Universidad Autónoma de Puebla golpearon y robaron teléfonos celulares a estudiantes y aficionados que asistieron al partido Lobos BUAP contra Zacatepec el pasado viernes, cuando fueron cerradas las puertas del estadio ante la presencia de estudiantes inconformes con las elecciones de Consejeros Universitarios y cuando los afectados pretendían grabar el incidente.
La acción ilegal fue justificada por un sujeto de nombre Víctor Quintero, quien suplantando el cargo, dijo ser “jefe de prensa de la BUAP” y afirmó que la acción era por “órdenes del Rector, quien había prohibido tomar fotos y videos dentro de instalaciones universitarias”, incluso a personal de la propia BUAP le informó que para tomar fotos se tenía que pedir permiso y tramitar una acreditación, por los problemas de las elecciones de la universidad.
Dicho sujeto que en realidad es un locutor de partidos de fútbol y no forma parte de los funcionarios universitarios como pretendió acreditarse, ordenó a personal de seguridad no permitir tomar fotos del cierre intempestivo del estadio y detener a quien lo hiciera, así como otro sujeto que fue identificado con el nombre de Israel y responsable de la seguridad del estadio y una señora gorda vestida de azul marino y verde que afirmó también ser funcionaria de la BUAP, pero se negó a dar su nombre, de cuyo hechos existen videos que serán presentados en la Defensoría de Derechos Universitarios.
El incidente se suscitó poco antes del medio tiempo del partido referido cuando personal de la DASU ordenó a policías auxiliares y vigilantes cerrar las puertas del primer y segundo filtro del estadio, contraviniendo normas fundamentales de protección civil, el reglamento municipal de espectáculos, pero sobre todo el estatuto y la ley orgánica de la BUAP.
Al medio tiempo cuando algunos asistentes pretendían abandonar el estadio se les negó la salida diciéndoles que tendrían que esperar a que dieran la nueva orden para abrir las puertas, algunos estudiantes de computación, comunicación y derecho al ver la extraña movilización de elementos de seguridad tomaron videos y fotos de la situación y en ese momento sujetos identificados con playera verde y las siglas de la DASU los despojaron de sus aparatos.
Dos estudiantes que se opusieron a la agresión fueron golpeados y sujetados por la fuerza para ser trasladados al sector administrativo del inmueble donde fueron retenidos, hasta que algunos de sus compañeros exigieron que los soltaran o de lo contrario los acusarían de privación ilegal de la libertad además de que el hecho violaba garantías constitucionales y derechos universitarios que rigen la estancia en instalaciones universitarias; en medio de tales hechos una persona que también se acreditó como miembro de la DASU intervino y evitó que siguieran deteniendo estudiantes y el incidente pasara a mayores.
Los afectados se reunieron posteriormente para acordar presentar una queja en la Defensoría de Derechos Universitarios, exigir la destitución del señor Quintero y su expulsión de la BUAP, en caso de que éste tenga algún cargo o puesto universitario, para que aclare si en verdad recibió órdenes de Rectoría y para que les sean devueltos los aparatos robados, de lo contrario informaron que recurrirán a los tribunales del fuero común.
Además informaron que ya enviaron una protesta a la Federación Mexicana de Fútbol para que investigue el incidente y el hecho de que son constantes las agresiones del personal de vigilancia de la BUAP a miembros de la institución y aficionados, al grado que son hostigados por policías antimotines y las porras estudiantiles tiene mayor vigilancia que los aficionados de los equipos visitantes, lo que puede derivar en un hecho violento lamentable por la conducta provocadora de sujetos de seguridad que se ha vuelto común en el estadio.
Al mismo tiempo que se realizaba el partido, estudiantes de cerca de 20 escuelas de la BUAP realizaban una protesta en el edificio Carolino y en la Dirección de Administración Escolar, cercana al estadio, porque les habían negado el derecho a inscribirse como candidatos al Consejo Universitarios por no formar parte del grupo político del Rector, en dichas protestas también se presentaron agresiones a los jóvenes universitarios provocada por un sujeto que fue identificado como Mario Abel Osorio Olivera y ésta fue la acción que provocó el cierre del estadio, por temor de que este grupo de inconformes ingresaran al medio tiempo a protestar.
