San José Chiapa, Pue.- En lo que resta de mi gobierno tenemos una responsabilidad histórica de consolidar la ciudad modelo del país aquí en San José Chiapa, por lo que refrendo mi compromiso de continuar con la transformación de Puebla, manifestó el gobernador Rafael Moreno Valle durante el Primer Informe del presidente municipal, Josué Martínez Santos, donde entregó acciones en beneficio de sus habitantes.
Si en algún lugar podemos traducir el concepto de transformación que he planteado desde mi campaña, es en esta región del estado, aquí podemos observar que donde antes no había nada, hoy tenemos carreteras, hospital, estación de policía y bomberos, parques industriales y plantas que generarán empleos bien pagados, subrayó.
Les aseguro que en 20 años vamos a tener aquí la segunda ciudad más poblada del estado. Estamos escribiendo una nueva historia, hoy con obras demostramos que vamos por el camino correcto, aseveró.
Tenemos esperanza de un mejor futuro que está a la vista, sus hijos tendrán la oportunidad de prepararse y obtener un empleo bien pagado, por lo que el reto es aprovechar esta oportunidad, expresó el gobernador a los habitantes, quienes manifestaron al mandatario su gratitud por impulsar el desarrollo de su municipio.
En presencia de autoridades y habitantes de la zona, refrendó su compromiso de impulsar el desarrollo de la región e inauguró obras en materia de infraestructura hidráulica y de saneamiento. También entregó acciones de fortalecimiento al campo poblano y puso en operación un módulo de Registro Civil, con un monto total de 64 millones 957 mil pesos.
El Ejecutivo estatal destacó que el gran proyecto industrial de esta zona debe complementarse con apoyos a los habitantes que más lo necesitan, por lo que puso en marcha la planta de tratamiento de esta localidad, que fue rehabilitada con una inversión de 11 millones 311 pesos.
En este sentido, anunció que gracias a la coordinación con el gobierno federal, la región contará con una Universidad Bilingüe. De igual manera se construirá un campus de la Benemérita Universidad Autónoma de Puebla (BUAP) para complementar la formación de los estudiantes de nivel superior.
Al destacar la importancia de fortalecer el sector agropecuario y acompañado por el secretario de Desarrollo Rural, Sustentabilidad y Ordenamiento Territorial, Mario Rincón, el gobernador entregó 25 mototractores, 4 módulos acuícolas y 16 cheques por contingencias climatológicas a trabajadores del campo de San José Chiapa, acciones que tuvieron un costo de 3 millones 741 mil pesos.
También puso en operación un módulo de Registro Civil anexo al Hospital Integral de este municipio, con una inversión de un millón 60 mil pesos.
De igual manera visitó la planta potabilizadora en la Zona Industrial de San José Chiapa, para la cual destinaron 48 millones 834 mil pesos.
Por su parte, al rendir cuentas a los ciudadanos sobre el estado que guarda su administración, el edil Martínez Santos subrayó que el 2014 fue un año lleno de retos, por lo que reconoció la labor del gobernador Moreno Valle de traer a este municipio la significativa inversión que representa la instalación de Audi México.
San José Chiapa, un sitio pequeño, pero lleno de riquezas naturales, con una ubicación geográfica estratégica y gente de trabajo, siempre lo tendrá en su corazón, expresó.
Por último, llamó a trabajar con determinación para contribuir a construir la futura gran ciudad que será San José Chiapa.
