The Attorney General’s Office (PGR), through the Deputy Regional Control, Criminal Proceedings and Amparo (SCRPPA), through its Delegation in Puebla and by the prosecutor of the Federation, won two Judges District in Matters of Federal Criminal Proceedings, two convictions against two people for four years each for illegal possession of hydrocarbon.
In the first decision, the Federal Prosecutor obtained a sentence of four years in prison and a fine of 63 thousand 770 pesos, being criminally responsible for the crime in question.
According to the investigation of the court Third District Puebla, elements of the State Preventive Police, to carry out an operation, had contact with a Ford 450 brand vehicle plates of the state of Tlaxcala, which was driven by the sentenced today and to revise, found four containers with three thousand 825 liters 36 milliliters of refined hydrocarbon type Pemex diesel.
On the other hand, the prosecutor of the Federation, won a conviction of four years in prison and a fine for 63 000 770 pesos, against a person for the offense of unlawful possession of hydrocarbon.
According to the record of the Fourth Court, members of the State Preventive Police, during a tour of safety, they arrested sentenced at km 25 + 500 State Road, leading from the town of Nopalucan the municipality of Acatzingo, in possession of 20 thousand 489 liters milliliters of hydrocarbon, Pemex-called Magna.
The fuel was located on two plastic containers transported in a van, Brand Ford F-350 with license plates of the state of Puebla.
The now sentenced serve their sentences at the Centre for Social Reintegration of the State of Puebla.
